My Story

I'm Anthony Veverka, and over the past 15 years, I’ve spent significant time in recruitment, sales, product-led sales, product implementation and management, revenue operations, and customer success. I've served as Head of Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success at various startups and have a proven track record of developing strong, long-term client relationships. My expertise is crafting and executing strategic plans that drive rapid growth and exceed revenue targets.

Over the course of many failures and a few successes, I've developed a set of skills that I'm excited to share with you. I've honed my skills in the following areas:

  • Strategy Development Personalizing tried-and-true growth strategies to help exceed revenue goals creating user journeys, feedback loops, marketing campaigns, ICP discovery, product creation, implementation, and iteration

  • Process Improvement Streamlining and creating KPIs, scorecards, playbooks, customer onboarding, and handoffs

  • Data Analysis Harnessing data to inform decisions and identify areas in the customer journey that can be improved using SQL, Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Outreach, Clari, and other analytics tools.

  • Leadership Development Inspiring and coaching teams to work seamlessly to maximize their potential and grow as one. Hiring and training better leaders for the future.
