My Story
I'm Anthony Veverka, and over the past 15 years, I’ve spent significant time in recruitment, sales, product-led sales, product implementation and management, revenue operations, and customer success. I've served as Head of Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success at various startups and have a proven track record of developing strong, long-term client relationships. My expertise is crafting and executing strategic plans that drive rapid growth and exceed revenue targets.
Over the course of many failures and a few successes, I've developed a set of skills that I'm excited to share with you. I've honed my skills in the following areas:
Strategy Development Personalizing tried-and-true growth strategies to help exceed revenue goals creating user journeys, feedback loops, marketing campaigns, ICP discovery, product creation, implementation, and iteration
Process Improvement Streamlining and creating KPIs, scorecards, playbooks, customer onboarding, and handoffs
Data Analysis Harnessing data to inform decisions and identify areas in the customer journey that can be improved using SQL, Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Outreach, Clari, and other analytics tools.
